Everyone in the family can enjoy DRACULA’S DAUGHTERS: A FAMILY COMEDY on so many levels, it’s heartfelt fun and oh so relatable to anyone with youngsters! Our audiences came back two and three times to see the show and my actors never wanted it to end. I have nothing but high praise for Mr. Sean Abley and this gothic ‘what-if’ romp!

I got to see END OF THE WORLD (WITH PROM TO FOLLOW) at West High School on Wed, opening night. The kids did a great job and the crowed really enjoyed it. I thought it was great. I am going to mention it to my son’s high school teacher here in OK.

I am a high school theater teacher and I have used Sean Abley’s HISTORICALLY BAD FIRST DATES for first year drama students. The content of his plays are always age appropriate, has the subtle humor that kids appreciate, the intellectual humor for the educated members of the audience and the cheeky stuff that pleases anyone. Sean was always available to answer my questions in regard to his literary vision, was always open to feedback for minor adjustments and offered suggestions when I encountered a trouble spot. I was also fortunate enough to appear in two of his shows under his direction; his rehearsal process was always a collaborative project, proving that he understands playwriting from the perspective of an actor, director and author.

I look forward to seeing what he has to surprise me with as I continue my work with high school students.

Sean Abley’s ANGELS (aka WELCOME TO THE AFTERLIFE!) was big success on our campus. His work with our young actors was wonderful and proved to be a great learning experience for each of them. I highly recommend Sean’s plays and/or Sean as a guest artist/director!

What a fun and creative collaboration! It was a wonderful experience for my students and me to help develop a play from an initial idea into its final performance for our community. Thank you!

My grade 10 class had a great time producing and presenting the play, Exposed! Eight 10-Minute Scenes About What Really Happened. The flexible casting was ideal for a large class. The 10 minute scene made the rehearsal process easy to manage, and enabled each group to take responsibility for their scene. Most of the roles were reasonably challenging, with a lesser number of roles for weaker students. Overall, this was a teacher and student friendly play to produce. Our audience enjoyed it as well.
